Job Description:

We are Next Intelligence GmbH, a young AI automation startup from Berlin. We develop products that make work processes more efficient by creating tailored AI solutions that help companies turn knowledge into concrete actions. We are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager to support us in building our customer base.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the B2B sector.

  • Managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing contracts.

  • Building and maintaining strong customer and partner relationships.

  • Working closely with the founders on the market entry strategy.

  • Representing Next Intelligence at relevant events and meetings in Berlin.

What we are looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or account management.

  • Fluent German skills (written and spoken), English at least B2 level.

  • Location: Berlin – on-site attendance required.

  • Independent working style with strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment.

  • Interest in AI, automation, or B2B SaaS is an advantage.

  • Enrolled at a university in Germany.
